Civil Works

KPIL has proven expertise in Design and Construction of state of the art Railway Infrastructure, Station Buildings, Railway Staff Quarters, Platforms, Major & Minor Bridges, RUBs, FOBs and other passenger amenities. Our team is known for fast pace execution & delivering impeccable quality.

Track Works

In track works, KPIL has executed doubling and third line projects for Indian Railways and is also executing a track work project for Bangladesh Railways. We have laid around 500 Kms of track of which more than 60% has already been commissioned. Gauge conversion and Track Modification are some other areas of track expertise of KPIL.

Railway & Metro Electrification

KPIL is one of the leading players in the country in the Railway Electrification space. Alligning its vision with the Indian Government of India’s mission 100% electrification, KPIL has been contributing significantly in this space.In the past three years,KPIL has electrified over 4500 Track KMs (TKMs), despite the COVID 19 pandemic.

KPIL facilitated the running of first double stack container train by electrifying High Rise OHE in the state of Gujarat.With this, Indian Railways created a benchmark in cargo movement via trains. KPIL also pioneered the Railway Electrification for Konkan Railway Corporation Limited by electrifying a significant section from Thokur- Karwar (through Bijoor and Kumta). The sections electrified constituted various high density and port connecting routes and with electrification, significant reduction was achieved not only in the commutation time but also in carbon emissions ensuring a cleaner and greener environment. Alongwith Railway electrification, KPIL also specialises in Signalling and telecommunication works of Railway Stations, construction of Power supply systems like Tracktion Sub Station, Sectioning Posts (SP) & Sub-Sectioning Post (SSPs) KPIL has recently forayed into the space of Metro Electrification and is currently executing third rail systems project for Indore and Bhopal Metros.
